Metalphoto Nameplates
Metalphoto nameplates are made from anodized aluminum, making them extremely durable and resistant to abrasion, heat, chemicals, salt spray and direct sunlight.
Metalphoto is a subsurface process that meets or exceeds many military specs. These plates can also have barcodes and human readable numbers. Metalphoto plates can have letters, numbers, logos, barcodes and be UID marked.
Material thickness is from .003 – .063 anodized aluminum and can have round corners, holes, square corners and adhesive backing. The black copy on metalphoto nameplates has a typical life span of 10 – 20 years.
Screen Printed Nameplates
Screen-printing is the least expensive method to print your copy or logo on metal nameplates. The nameplates are then baked and a clear-coat is applied over the inks. Screen-printed nameplates are an excellent way to reproduce fine details and multiple colors over a large area. We offer screen-printing services on aluminum, brass, stainless steel, Lexan, polycarbonate and other plastic materials. The plates can have round or square corners as well as adhesive backing.
Etched Metal Nameplates
The metal plates are chemically etched with your copy and logo. The etched or recessed portion of the plates are generally paint filled and heat cured with a clear coat to make this a very long lasting and durable part. Materials available for this process are stainless steel, brass and aluminum. The plates can have round or square corners, holes or adhesive.
Laser etching also available on stainless steel.
